The California Michelin Guide has announced its star recipients for 2021, recognizing five new two Michelin star restaurants and 22 new one Michelin star awards in its latest edition.

Addison in Del Mar, Hayato in Los Angeles, and Birdsong and Harbor House in San Francisco were elevated to two Michelin stars, Lemon balm in Santa Monica is a new listing with two stars.
