The Living with the Land ride at Walt Disney World Resort – the site of the infamous cucumber theft incident – opened on September 28, 1982.

While some customers believe the ride – which is located in The Land pavilion – should be given a makeover or completely redesigned, it remains a must-see at EPCOT.

This week, however, Living with the Land closed two hours before the park closed for some inexplicable reason. As night falls each evening, cast members stationed in front of The Land area told guests that the Soarin ‘Around the World restaurant and Garden Grill are open at their normal hours, Living with the Land will close early at 7 p.m. pm EST for at least the rest of this week, and possibly longer.
Oddly, this schedule change was not noted on the Walt Disney World Resort website.

At this time, details of Living With Dry Land earlier have not been shared. The attraction is not currently scheduled to undergo regular maintenance or to have an upcoming closure.
However, it should be noted that Living with the Land was recently closed for a full week, also without an explanation, so this could be related – although this remains unconfirmed.
